Syracuse guard Buddy Boeheim has been named the Atlantic Coast Conference Player of the Week.
Boeheim averaged 27.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, 4.0 assists, 2.0 steals over two games last week.
The senior scored 25 points in a 64-53 loss at Pittsburgh on Tuesday and then scored a season-high 30 points in Syracuse’s 94-72 win over Wake Forest on Saturday.
Quincy Guerrier was the last Syracuse player to be named ACC Player of the Week. He earned the honor in December of 2020.
The Orange are back in action on Wednesday when they face NC State at 9 pm
