1. Doppelbock barrel tapping
Wednesday, February 2 at 7 p.m
Doppel means double in German. Therefore, a double buck is twice the fun, bigger, and stronger than the average buck. This traditional German lager was originally brewed by monks during Lent and Lent. Since they were not allowed to eat solid food during the day, they created a big, cute stretcher to carry them through the day and into the evening.
This style of beer is an especially wonderful choice on a cold Buffalo winter day.
If you visit the Hofbräuhaus Buffalo on February 2nd, you will be among the first to taste their doppelbock. You can expect a big, bold and assertive beer with notes of dark fruits like plum and raisin, a smooth hop presence and a lingering toasted bread finish. This beer also has a smooth alcohol warmth and low carbonation. Reservations are recommended.
2. Super Bowl Party
Sunday February 13th
The biggest game of the year is less than a month away and Hofbrauhaus Buffalo is having a party!

3. Valentine’s Beer Pairing Dinner
Monday, February 14 at 6:30 p.m
Make it a hoppy Valentine’s Day by treating someone special to this special beer pairing dinner. Culinary Director Andy Bouchard and Brewmaster Scott Shuler have worked together to create an unforgettable evening of Bavarian food and drink. Dinner includes four courses of food and beverages for $70.00 per guest.
