Officials in Suffolk County met a new mother and baby they brought with them.
The heartwarming reunion at Yaphank comes after Heather Warren gave birth to baby boy Kendall on the kitchen floor of her Bellport home in August.
Warren received help from officials and ambulance staff after Baby Kendall needed medical attention at the crime scene because he was born with the umbilical cord around his neck.
“We’re just forever grateful for everyone who works together to protect me and Kendall in a very stressful and unfamiliar time,” said Warren.
Both Warren and Baby Kendall are happy and healthy.
