2 women arrested for prostitution at Huntington massage parlor

Two women have been charged with prostitution following an investigation into a Long Island massage parlor.

In response to community complaints, the Suffolk County Police Department performed the operation at around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 1, at the New York Angel Spa in Huntington.

Yanping Wang, 35, of Coram, and Lingxia Qi, 35, of Flushing, Queens, were both accused:

  • unauthorized professional practice, crime,
  • Prostitution, a crime.

The city of Huntington issued violations of the deal and it was shut down.

Both Wang and Qi were released on desk tickets and are scheduled to appear in the First Circuit Court in Central Islip on Tuesday, February 21.

The operation was performed by:

  • Officers of the Suffolk County Police Department’s Second Circuit Criminal Division,
  • SCPD Second Squad Detectives,
  • SCPD Second Precinct Community Support Unit officials,
  • City of Huntington.
