Burglary and theft in North Syracuse

SYRACUSE, NY (WSYR-TV) — Crime is on the rise in North Syracuse in this week’s weekly roundup.

The North Syracuse Police Department puts NewsChannel 9 viewers on a hunt for three suspects involved in two separate cases involving a burglary and a theft.

NA Exotics slump

North Syracuse Police are searching for two suspects involved in a break-in at the NA Exotics store at 102 South Main Street in Syracuse.

The store was broken into at around 8:48 am on Tuesday 24 January by two people who broke into the property by throwing a rock through a window, entered the store while it was closed and stole property.

Suspect number one wears a C7 Corvette hat and both individuals are white, gender unknown at this time.

North Syracuse Police are searching for a suspect involved in a theft at Dollar General at 709 North Main Street in the village of North Syracuse.

The suspect stole merchandise from the store by putting it in her purse around 12:40 pm on November 21.

She was seen and confronted by an employee before fleeing the store.

The suspect is a white female in her mid to late 30s, approximately 5’06” to 5’08” tall, with dark hair and wearing glasses. At the time of the incident, she was wearing a light-colored Calvin Klein sweatshirt and glasses.
