TENDER FOR OFFERS Architect CSArch 40 Beaver Street Albany, NY 12207 PH: 518-463-8068 Project Information Argyle Central School District 5023 State Route 40 Argyle, NY 12809 2020 Capital Expense Project – Roofing of Main Building, NYSED #64-01-01-04- 0-001-018 The owner, Argyle Central School District School Board, receives sealed bids for the supply of materials and labor for the completion of the 2020 investment project which includes the refurbishment of portions of the main school building. Each bid must be submitted on a specified sum basis for the following contract: Contract #06 – Roof Structure (RC) Sealed bids to be received by county offices by 3:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Thursday, January 26, 2023. Argyle Central School District, 5023 State Route 40, Argyle, NY 12809. Bids received after this time will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened. Due to the circumstances of COVID-19 and concerns for personal safety, the bids will be opened without an audience. A summary of the bids received will be made available immediately upon receipt via www.csarchplanroon.com. Therefore, documents are distributed as digital sets. Bid documents, drawings and specifications may be viewed free of charge online at www.csarchplanroom.com under “Public Projects” beginning Tuesday, January 3, 2023 or electronically downloaded for a non-refundable fee of one hundred dollars (US$100.00). Complete sets of offering documents, drawings and specifications on CD or USB flash drive may be obtained from Rev, 28 Church Street, Warwick, New York 10990, Tel: (877) 272-0216, upon deposit of the sum of one hundred dollars ( $100.00). Checks or money orders are payable to Argyle Central School District. The bidder must provide a bid security in the amount and form specified in the “Instructions for Bidders” section. All offers remain subject to acceptance for forty-five (45) days after receipt of the offers. The owner may, at its sole discretion, release any bid and return the bid security prior to this date. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. Bids must not include New York State sales and use taxes on materials and supplies incorporated in the work, as the owner is exempt from it. Bidders must comply with applicable New York State Department of Labor rates and terms of employment. The School Board of Argyle Central School District reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any bids received or to reject any bid without explanation.
