- The Booster Camp held at the Smithtown High School was a success! Kiddos in grades 3-12 were taught by the district’s graduates currently playing hockey at their colleges. (Smithtown School District)
- A couple cruising on a Harley-Davidson motorcycle crashed into a pole at the train tracks in Kings Park. According to Suffolk Police, the motorcyclist lost control near Woodvale Avenue around 9 pm on Thursday. (audacy.com)

- MacArthur Airport is ready to invest $14 million to upgrade safety systems. The airport received the grants through the Federal Government’s infrastructure law. The main terminal plus the fire safety systems are expected to be upgraded. (News 12 Long Island)
