Syracuse, NY – A woman was reportedly shot and killed in an apartment on the city’s Near West Side Thursday night.
The shooting started shortly after 6 p.m. at Stone Ct. 22 reported, according to reports from the Onondaga County 911 Center.
According to dispatches, the woman was said to have been shot in both legs.
Syracuse police, fire services and the AMR ambulance responded on the spot. Later, a crime scene investigation vehicle was parked in front of the apartment.
A spokesman for the Syracuse police was not immediately available to comment on the shooting or the condition of the woman.
