Syracuse, NY – The Syracuse soccer team will play against the Pittsburgh Panthers in the Carrier Dome at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
The game will be broadcast on the ACC Network.

Notes before the game
Good evening from the Carrier Dome, where Syracuse will host number 17 Pittsburgh in the regular season finale.
Syracuse (5-6, 2-5 ACC) needs a win to be eligible for a bowl bid and extend its season to a 13th game. Pittsburgh (9-2, 6-1) will face Wake Forest for a place in a New Year’s Six Bowl in the ACC Championship Game in Charlotte next week.
Several Syracuse players will be honored prior to the game at the team’s Senior Night.
Running back Abdul Adams, walk-on defensive end Erik Slater, kicker Andre Szmyt and seniors Airon Servais, Josh Black, Kingsley Jonathan, Cody Roscoe and McKinley Williams will be part of the senior ceremony before the Orange game.
Szmyt is the only player in this group with remaining eligibility to play. He was considering going pro after last season and is ready to move on after a season where he became the school’s all-time leader in made field goals.
Other underclassmen who decide to move on at the end of the season could also take a last lap across the field as part of the senior walk after the game with the seniors.
We’ll keep an eye on which players choose to do it.
Other staff notes: Safety Rob Hanna will not play tonight due to an injury. Cornerback Neil Nunn is another scratch.
