By Jeff Overley (Oct 19, 2021, 10:10 p.m. EDT) – Teva Pharmaceuticals is working to prevent jurors in a New York opioid trial from viewing internal videos that turned famous movie scenes into parodies of narcotic pain reliever marketing , and warns that the clips are so provocative that they could single-handedly destroy the drugmaker’s defenses.
In a spate of recent legal proceedings, Teva has feverishly fought against the launch of several videos made for its Cephalon division about 15 years ago in connection with the launch of the fentanyl drug Fentora.
