NEKES — The Neches Lady Tigers held a narrow victory over the Bullard Lady Panthers Tuesday, 41-40.

Joely Jenkins led the Lady Tigers by 15 points. Sealy Hines finished second in the standings with nine points and Aubrey Kincade added eight points. Neches travels to Frankston on Thursday for her second tournament action of the year.
Slokum 41, Cushing 33
SLOCUM — The Slocum Lady Mustangs beat Cushing 41-33 on Tuesday thanks to tremendous scoring from Julie Neal and Lexi Bennett.
Neal finished with 19 points while Bennett added 13 points. The Lady Mustangs compete in the Gary Tournament this weekend before opening the district game in Martinsville on Tuesday.
