Buffalo Grove’s engineering department will be sending letters to homeowners association boards and maintenance companies regarding the need for annual stormwater basin inspections.
“Inspections play a critical role in ensuring the stormwater system is functioning,” according to a village announcement. “Most inspections take 20-30 minutes and help identify or address issues before they become larger, urgent, costly or destructive.”
